I ordered two chairs but only received one and it was dirty. It had a foot print on it. I called about my other one and they said that that order had been sent to another warehouse and had been misplaced. They sent the missing chair promptly, but it was broken. I called the company back. They not only refunded me for the broken chair, they let me keep it (not that it could be used). They also refunded all of the shipping costs for that chair and this one. Really GREAT customer service. :) I honestly do highly recommend them.The chair, however, is not great. It is only OK. It is not the most comfortable thing to sit in if you are an adult. For a child it would probably be great. I am 5'7" and about a size 6 to 8 in pants, so my rear is not that big and yet it touches the metal sides of this chair. I do like that it kept me from having to sit on the rocky beaches of the lake this past summer but I am now looking for a new chair that is little bigger. Oh and it did not fit my 6'5" husband at all. He was so uncomfortable in it that he gave up and sat on a towel.Good comfortable chairs...great folding and adjustment features. Even comes with a head pad/pillow. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star was because it's kind of a pain to connect the back straps. They are connected when the chair is in use. Takes some time to fold the chair and connect the backpack straps. Otherwise, great product for the price. I love the color and even use these chairs in my front-year to watch the kiddos...in addition to at the beach.P.S. Fix the cup holder. Doesn't work. Folds in when fill with a drink and spills easily. I don't even use it, because it's so poor at holding my drinks.Chairs were comfortable, served their purpose. Two main issues: (1) the cup/can/bottle holders are worthless. They dangle off the front of one of the chair arms in a manner in which they are 'pouring forth' whatever is in the container placed in the holder. If you crack open a can of your favorite hops soda, take a quick sip then place it in the holder, you'll spill out about a third of the contents due to the dangling nature of the holder. Don't use them unless your container is at least half consumed already. (2) The reclining slots and locks tend to slip with little effort, even while just adjusting yourself in the seat. Not a huge issue, but be mindful to really push down on the chair arms so that the rod is fully in the slot for the level of reclining that you want.My husband is 250 lbs it held him up just fine on our week long vacation. But it is definitely not worth the money. I thought I was getti g better quality should have listened to the other reviews. And it has this "cup holder" smh what a shame it's a piece of fabric hanging off the side that you can slip a water bottle but it better be closed tight because the "cup holder" flips out with any wait in it because it has no support but in one corner. Not worth the moneyGood value, but you get what you pay for. The cup holder is clearly only for can height containers. Taller bottles fall sideways. The fabric is lined on the back side with plastic which makes it not breathable and sweaty. I have no real complaints since it was significantly less than similar model beach chairs. Next time I will pay more attention to these details though. Overall it was a good buy.i used to have a chair like this that i bought at jewel-osco for about the same price. it lasted a couple summers and finally died after the grandkids stood in it too many times. this new chair is all right but i don't know how long it will last. it seems flimsy in all respects. the idea of a chair to backpack to the beach is still good tho.Chair was nice, comfortable. Traveled on LIRR to go to Long Beach with it. A little too wide to keep on as backpack. Cup holder strictly for cup that had a lid and was closed tightly. Cup holder sagged and put cup in position to spill liquids. You needed to be a boy/girl scout with knowledge of knot tying to get the straps to stay in their buckles. However, it was sturdy and I liked the incline on the chair. I would recommend this to throw in the car, for a trip to the beach, not for public transportation.The first one that arrived had to be sent back. The straps were completely useless and wouldn't stay in the buckles, so it couldn't be carried like a backpack AT ALL. Plus, it was sewed poorly and seams started to come apart right away. It never even made it to the beach. We got a prompt replacement and the second one was fine but I do wish the fabric and stitching were a little more heavy duty.
