My teen daughter really likes the look of this bag. She wanted something that she could use for highschool and she was thrilled with this one.I really wanted this bag to work out but alas it wasn't meant to be. I noticed some loose threads immediately and should have sent it back but thought it was no big deal so I decided to keep it. Over the next few days, the issue became quite an eyesore. Poor stitching all over. On top of that, the bag now looks stained just from the condensation from my ice pack. Really weird. I would not recommend. Wish I could return.Just a little smaller on expanding so pretty tite squeeze for more then a drink and sandwich. 7 outta 10 for insulation.Could use a bit more insulation. Quality is worse than China made quality.I couldn't use it cause it was to smallI live in a tropical country and it does not keep the food very cold.But fresh enough. However of you work in an office with AC , I might be better.Looks really nice and seems to be sturdyIt’s hard for kids to carry heavy things on their sensitive little arms. It’s nice to finally find a mini backpack style cooler. At first I thought it was missing a clip & defective on the left side strap but then I realized you have to adjust it by pulling from the too area. We won’t be using ice so I’m not too concerned on leaks. We use soft ice packs. Very cute…Great deal
