The backpack is beautiful very durable lightweight but just the omission of side pockets for a water bottle seems for the price they could’ve at least given one side pocket pretty minimal I understand I probably didn’t purchase the flagship model-But otherwise a very nice itemThis backpack lasted me five years, from backpacking in Europe to 4 years of college. The leather is tearing a tiny bit and the color is faded (it sat in the sun half of the time I was in college) but everything else is perfect. I would be using it longer if I didn't spill my drinks on the inside. That being said, I really wish this backpack had a water bottle holder. We traveled all over Europe for five days and we stuffed these bags full and they stood up to everything we dished out.Let me just tell you, if you told me a few months ago that I would ramble on the internet about how cool and great a backpack is, I would have thought that you're insane but here I am now.I don't even know where to start! I bought the Heritage one back in early December and have been using quite a lot for travel and school. This thing is a-ma-zing! I am able to put in my 15" laptop in there just fine and I can carry a TON of stuff. I took a trip in December and I had to carry my laptop and charger, some books, my Nikon DSLR camera and a change of clothes in there and it fit just fine. But the best part is not all that you can put in there but just how comfortable it feels while carrying it. I have mild scoliosis and have had all types and sorts of backpacks before but they all give me back pains after a few minutes of standing and carrying around. This one is so comfortable it literally feels like you're not carrying anything at all. The straps are padded and so comfortable and the material is really sturdy that it doesn't really move when you walk around, which I think adds benefit to the comfort. The material also has some sort of waxy finish (not at all a bad thing, just makes it a little stiff) that makes it water resistant! (NOT waterproof). I love that even though you don't fill out the backpack or the front pocket, it ALWAYS maintains the shape. That's a big plus in my book. And I wouldn't want to forget the fact that the color and design is extremely pretty, so it's a backpack that I would want to continue using for a long period of time.Overall, I am EXTREMELY pleased with my purchase and I'm so glad that I paid the extra buck for something that has great quality. My recommendation for you is that you can get much cheaper and pretty options, yes, but this is one that can be pretty and will also last you a long time so in the end, you will save a lot more money. Highly recommended.PROS:--- Fabric feels strong--- Looks good--- Less clothing pilling--- Some organizational pocketsCONS:--- Straps are not padded and made of scratchy fabric--- Zipper not very fluid--- Straps change size when putting on--- Less organizational pockets than I would like (outer pocket, inner laptop pouch, inner small pocket I put my calculator in)I think it's a good backpack for what it is. I was looking for a new bag after having an underarmour backpack for the past 8 years that I absolutely loved. The problem with that bag was that the mesh on the back and straps pilled all of my shirts and sweaters and I was getting tired of it so wanted to get a new bag. I got this one because I like the look of it. It has a good look and the pleather panel in the bottom has greatly reduced the friction between my bag and clothing, really reducing the amount of pilling. So it achieved what I wanted it to, except it is not a very comfortable bag. The material on the straps can be uncomfortable on your bare skin, and the straps and back are both not very padded. It is fine just to carry my books around campus but I wouldn't want to carry heavy items in it for long amounts of time. When carrying both heavy and light loads, the buckle on the strap will loosen when putting on the bag. I normally just pull the strap at the end to tighten it up again but it is inconvenient. It is a good size, I normally carry around my macbook air, a notebook or two and a textbook. You can't really fit more in it but I wouldn't really want it to.All in all it's a decent bag and I am going to keep it because it does what I wanted it to, reduce the pilling on my shirts.Liked the backpack, just wasn't what the recipient actually needed. NOT really fond of the way amazon created a gift card for the refund, and didn't let me know that fact, until Christmas Eve, as it made getting a better gift for the recipient extremely delayed.Love itI purchased this backpack mainly to take to work to carry books, tablet, water bottle, pens, etc. My usage has been fairly light on the backpack so far since I only carry a few things in it usually but I have really liked this backpack so far.The backpack doesn't seem like it would hold up very well with heavy duty use but is made well and would be find with day to day use. The straps on the back are very comfortable and well padded so it doesn't feel like it's digging into your shoulders while wearing it. The backpack doesn't offer very much protection on the bottom since it doesn't have any additional padding so I wouldn't recommend carrying a laptop in the backpack unless it's in a separate laptop sleeve to provide a bit of extra protection. The front pocket can fit anything from a phone, video game system, keys, or pens. There is a clip on the inside of the front pocket. The main pocket has a divider that can fit a laptop or a folder. There is a smaller pocket on the inside of the main one as well that can fit items such as pens. The pocket is large enough to fit a few books in it as well as a tablet/laptop and a water bottle. The pinstripe design on the inside of the pockets is a nice stylish touch. The backpack is fairly simple since there isn't any water bottle holder on the outside and there are only the two pockets. If you want a backpack that you can have a lot of items organized this backpack wouldn't be the best fit.Overall I really like this backpack and has held up well with my current use.I use this bag for cycling and International travel as an under-the-seat cabin bag. I use the bag for everything, to be honest. It's just perfect for me. I travel light and 21 litres is enough for all my needs. It does help I am a minimalist but anyway, the material is super. Cheaper bags can sag and look rubbish when not full, this bag keeps its shape. This is important not just cause it means the bag is of excellent durable material but it also means the bag works in all kinds of situations. I got the Raven Crosshatch one. I love the design of the front pocket being a different colour to the rest. There are not many pockets inside, just one for a laptop, but this makes using it simpler. It's really comfortable on my back. It's so well padded. I just forget its there sometimes. I highly recommend this product! As the title suggests, this has been my main backpack for 4 years.I'm not going to comment on how much it'll fit, since you probably know already. However, what I can comment on is it's durability, and quality. This thing has survived a good bit of abuse, and looks unscathed. It's survived my 2 years in college, 2 jobs and many fun outings. This is one of the few products I've reviewed where there's no caveats, no ifs and buts and no "you should get this instead". It's honestly the best backpack I've used for the size, and price.Looks even better in person, straps are very well padded.I do wish there was another pocket on the inside, but there is plenty of space for a normal student's day to day needs. All of this without looking bulky. The limited lifetime guarantee is also a testiment to the quality of the backpack so I don't need to worry about any issues with it.The bag is nice, but too costly for what it is. The fabric is rather simple and generic, no special pockets or anything to differentiate it from cheaper equivalents. The laptop pocket is just a thin layer that won't protect your laptop from bumps and the key holder in the front pocket is made of some awfully cheap plastic. At least it is waterproof and I really like the leather bottom. I ordered for the 13'' model but received the 15'' instead, so I can't really say anything about the size for those interested in the medium sized variation.I ordered a tan and black backpack but I got a solid black one, which was a shame but as uni was starting and it's not that much of a big deal, I didn't contact the seller about this, so I'm not sure if they'll get all orders wrong but as I said, it wasn't that much of a big deal. It's a very good backpack; it has loads of space and has an extra laptop section with extra padding which is great. It's comfortable on my back and there's even a little section for my phone and a headphone hole, which is super convenient!
