I have a larger Cotopaxi, which is too big for a hike lasting a few hours. This one is perfect for short trips. It is lightweight and doesn’t have a rigid structure in the back like some backpacks, which can be uncomfortable and hot. It has pockets for water on each side, a large center section with handy inside pockets, and just one additional zippered section. My other one has two zippered sections, and I often can’t remember which one I put things in… Some people said they got bad color combos, but I love mine :) I think there is a version with a greenish front that might not be so vibrant. Luck of the draw with ordering Cotopaxi sight unseen since they are all unique. I’m delighted!Love Cotopaxi for sure and have several pieces but this bag just seems like its missing a few things ,, like the strap for your keys, or the lock strap for the zippers .. or inside the bag a loop for a caliber if u want to hook something ( and these are just my simple suggestions but I would help )I still love it and will use it a lot and I do recommend itThe backpack is very colorful and different. The construction of the backpack appears to be very good.Awesome!Really awesome, colorful, durable, lightweight bags. My only gripe is that the side pockets aren't big enough for a Nalgene or other similar sized water bottle.Oh my goodness. I have looked at this Batac forever and finally pulled the plug and bought it. It is going to be perfect for daytime use while on vacation this summer. It will hold two water bottles and food for snacks during the day. I love the odd color ways and actually think I like the bag more because of it. So far so good.this is my favorite backpack, hiking with this makes my life so wonderful and it’s honestly probably the cutest thing i own!!Ordered as a light on-the-go option for day hikes. I was lucky and ended up with a color scheme that I really loved. I had expected something brighter, but it definitely grew on me and I receive tons of compliments on the bag. Its comfortable for hikes and easily fits anything I need to take with me.The one drawback for me was that there is no port to run a water bladder line. Since the bag advertises a section to store the bladder, I had assumed it also had the hole and the clasps to secure one; it does not. Because I use it for day hikes, I can just throw a water bottle into the bag, but if you want to use a bladder specifically, you'll need to run it out the zipper.
