I wish there was a sturdier top hook (fabric okay). There are two fabric strips that are to be snapped together before using them to hook the pack from the top. I don't want to have to snap/unsnap it over and over.I like the weight/size of the pack for my use as a substitute purse while I have to use crutches or a walker.But I wish it had more inside compartments. It does have outside sleeves that can be used as small water bottle carriers, a good feature.
