I thought it was great concept for my needs but I'm not 100% sure if I'm keeping it or returning it. I'm not knocking the product but I will list what I didn't like or didn't fit my needs. The big bag is the perfect size for what I needed. It is just a bit larger than my previous rolling backpack but has enough room to add the extra stuff I needed. I really have no grips about the big bag.Small Bag,Would like to have seen a little more organization in it. You have a big front outside pocket and 1 mesh pocket inside. A couple of pen pockets would have been nice and be nice if they divided the inside mesh pocket into at least of couple of pockets. A small outside quick access pocket would have been nice also.My 15 inch company issued laptop just fits into the laptop pocket of the small back. I wish the small back would be a little bigger. 13 inch slim laptops like Macbook airs / pros shouldn't be an issue. Both bags,I don't see the purpose of the compression straps. I found the straps and buckles to get in the way and annoying, especially when you are trying to zip the bags together, plus you have the straps hanging all over the place, including in the shoulder straps. I found them to be annoying. The biggest annoyance I found was once the small bag is attached to the big bag and you put any type of weight in the small back, it keeps tipping forward and you are constantly having to stand it up and lean it on something so it won't keep tipping over. I tried disturbing the weight equally and adding more weight to the back part and it kept falling over. First off, the small bag is pretty small, so you can't really put a lot of stuff in it anyway. At one point, all I had in it was my 15 inch laptop and it kept falling forward. I have not even moved the bag out of my office and I'm already frustrated with it falling over.
